The total TATEMS package has been a blessing. The capability to make work orders, bill and inventory control in one simple to use program has made my job of managing my shop a lot easier. It has allowed me to spend more time in the shop working with my techs and for that quality of work has improved.

Software support has been second to none. Any concern I have had has been dealt with in less that 24 hours.

I will recommend the program to anyone in any type of fleet management/service company.

Ease of use. All categories in plain sight. I have looked at others and tried some. This is the best one I have found for our company. I highly recommend TATEMS.

I like that it keeps all of our fleet in one area. I'm not flipping through loose pages trying to figure out our maintenance. And I like that it holds the expiries for all of our tickets. So that I'm not constantly looking back to figure it out.

We have been using Tatems for a few years now, and we find that it has been very helpful to us, especially when keeping track of our full services and scheduled “level A” inspections on various units. As long as we are diligent in entering the information (mileages, hours of use on each piece of equipment, etc.), it does the rest for us. It is very easy to train someone else how to use the system, as it is very user friendly. For the inexpensive cost of this program, I would recommend it to any company looking to keep efficient records of parts used on equipment, repairs, service records, etc. Anytime we have a question or concern, the technical service department is quick to assist us.

It does everything I need to keep track of the fleet services including inventory and what the inventory is used on. Great for MTO record keeping.

Tatems Equipment Management System has been very helpful in managing our equipment and vehicle locations, handling our vehicle and equipment maintenance and has allowed us to better track our costs compared to our budget. The ability to have multiple users all tied to the same database has kept our equipment locations up to date as never before. This has also allowed us to lesson our equipment and vehicle idle usage. When a piece of equipment appears idle, we now have the opportunity to better identify its last use and update where the vehicle is currently.

Maintenance has also been better handled with the use of Tatems. Having one current database that our equipment team can use has our fleet of 400+ pieces of equipment in California up to date. Incorporating the registration and insurance dates has also helped us focus on being proactive instead of behind the times. Late registrations mean cost, and having an effective process of managing through TATEMS has already shown to be a cost saver.

I also like the feature that you can identify rental equipment from the purchased. Very useful tool to keep track of what is rented vs purchased.

We are still learning daily all of the useful tools that are included with the package. The reports feature captures the ability of the database and allows you to easily report any and everything you need, quickly.

Keep up the great work. I strongly recommend the TATEMS Equipment program to anyone who wants to take control of their equipment management!

Other Comments: Being in California, we are getting familiar with the new State Regulations and AQMD Rules for clean air. The 90 day and yearly inspections have been easily updated into our system and allows us better management for our DOT inspections.

I work for a small company (about 50 trucks). We have 3 fleet techs. Drivers would complain that they have requested repairs that were not completed. Even if the driver wrote down the request the paper would disappear. Now I have a way to log the request into the computer and see how long it takes to get a problem fixed. No more question as to who said what and when. I have a permanent record.

Other Comments: The Staff Is great! The videos are very useful. I am not a computer whiz but the videos are helping me learn. I also know I do not exploit this program to its full potential but I like what it does already.
