TATEMS has helped us organize our large tractor fleet and keep track of expensive repairs. We are using it to see how often we change certain parts to help us diagnose problem areas with each tractors and to see if the part is still under warranty. For example, if we have to change the air compressor in one of our tomato harvesters only after a few hundreds hours something else may be wrong and the part would still be under warranty.

TATEMS has helped me to keep track of vehicle/equipment history as far as services/maintenance rendered to said machinery. I like the lube/service update reminders, as they keep it clear when scheduled maintenance in needed monthly/bi-monthly etc. The parts menu list helps to keep track of inventory, and the rate at which this inventory is being used on a regular basis.

Using TATEMS software has been a big load off of my shoulders. It is easy to use, and if I ever have a question about something the staff at TATEMS have been very knowledgeable and quick to offer a solution. Learning TATEMS was much easier than I had expected. The audio and video instructions I received when I purchased TATEMS was easy to learn from and I learned very quickly. TATEMS is a great company to do business with, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

It is very nice to have all your machinery, vehicle, building and tool information right on your computer. All your VIN numbers, model numbers, serial numbers, parts, costs, labour etc. So much easier than trying to look through a file cabinet for this information. Love that I can look up parts without flipping through papers and have easy access to the part numbers and costs when re-ordering.

This program is also great when it comes to safety audits. Very easy to show that you maintain items, when it was maintained and what was done

Tatems has been a great program. We started out like everybody else by handwriting everything and going off memory. Now that I have this program I am able to keep a lot better records and keep track of expenses a lot easier. The reports that I am able to retrieve work great when the boss is asking how much we have spent on equipment. It only takes a few seconds and you can put it in front of him in black and white. The support when getting started was great and very helpful. Now that I have it figured out, they are still there when I have even the simplest questions.
