We Bought Tatems to help with our 90 day inspections and maintenance paperwork. We Like the 90 Day forms and the Maintenance Forms. I would recommend tatems to all Fleet Business’s because it helps me a lot with paperwork that I need to show the CHP and helps me keep our trucks in line with maintenance.

Tatems is easy to get started with and organized in a way that helps non computer users to be able to input data and get reports, with ease. The reminders and reports help keep up with those items that are likely to slip between the cracks.

Tatems makes tracking equipment repairs and maintenance much easier than traditional methods. Our operation has a diversified fleet of equipment. Tatems offering the ability to set service intervals by either miles or hours of operation simplifies our equipment maintenance programs at a lower price than other maintenance tracking software.

I Like The Ease Of Record Keeping, and The Fact That It Has Reminders

TATEMS service is great. What has impressed me most about working with TATEMS people is that even though I am a little computer illiterate they have been able to guide me or create spreadsheets and reports for me to use. Sometimes their instruction has been via phone and sometimes via remote control of my computer. I would definitely do business with TATEMS again. Before we started using TATEMS we had everything in hard copy. We have been using the program for about 5 years. It has definitely been a learning experience and I am sure the program is capable of even more than we are using it for at this time. It has certainly been a HUGE help when it comes to more regular servicing of our equipment, flagging DOT inspections and deciding which equipment to sell or trade. Our business has grown significantly here in Northwest North Dakota very quickly and the program has handled this growth with no problems.

Assisted our Shop in more accurate records for BIT inspections. Very user friendly. Staff is very helpful, courteous and follows through with service.

It makes it easy to reference past repairs. I like that TATEMS is easy to navigate.
