Refunds, Returns, and Subscription Cancellations Policy

You will absolutely love our products and services.

However, you're fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy. Except for TATEMS Cloud service subscriptions or for Support and Version upgrade renewals for which there are no refunds

Here's how it works…

First 3 Days

If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 3 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital files, including video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.

After 3 Days

If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 3 days after purchasing using a multi-payment option (such as monthly or 3-pay), simply return all physical products we shipped to you, delete all digital files, including video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for a refund of any part of the purchase price you have paid in the last 15 days. We will refund that portion of the purchase price.

In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 0 percent of the purchase price.

We do not take title to a returned physical product until we receive it. In limited circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a full or partial refund without the return of a physical product you purchased from us. If we issue such a refund without a product return, we do not take title to the physical product that has not been returned.

Shipment and Risk of Loss

When you buy a physical product from our website, the purchase is made per a shipment contract. Whether we ship the product directly to you, or it is shipped to you by a third party (e.g. a drop shipper), the risk of loss and title for each product purchased from us passes to you once it has been delivered to the carrier (e.g. U.S. Postal Service, U.P.S., FedEx etc.). We are not responsible for items lost during transit.

Subscription Cancellations

If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us, please use the information in the “Contact Us” section below to make your cancellation request.

When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

Example: If we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on March 7th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until March 31st and there will not be a refund of any part of the March monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after March.

If you choose a multi-payment option for a single subscription period, when you cancel a subscription during that period, you will continue to receive the benefits of the subscription until the end of the period and must continue to honor your agreement to make multiple payments for that subscription period.

Example: If we process an annual subscription’s cancellation in May that you agreed to pay for with quarterly payments (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and September 1st), you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the end of the year, there will not be a refund of any part of the annual subscription fee already paid, and you must make the two remaining quarterly payments (July 1st and September 1st). You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after the end of the annual subscription period.

Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them. As it takes longer for us to receive postal mail than electronic mail, we recommend that you email your request. Providing us with your account/subscription number (if you have one) can also speed up the process of honoring your request.

We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or postal mail.

When you communicate with us by email concerning a request for a refund or subscription cancellation, you are agreeing that we can respond to you by email or other electronic means of communication.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund or cancelled your subscription. We want satisfied customers.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

Force Majeure

We, our principals, employees, and agents shall not be liable for failure to perform any of our obligations under this policy during any period in which we cannot perform due to fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, casualty, war, terrorism, embargo, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, act of God, or the intervention of any government authority, or similar cause beyond our control.

This Policy and Customer Agreements

Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.

Data Privacy Request Processing Fees

Any fees charged to process a request made under (1) the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 to § 1798.199 (“CaCPA”), (2) the Colorado Privacy Act, Colo. Rev. Stat. § 6-1-1301 et seq. (“CoPA”), (3) the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Conn. Pub. Act No. 22-15 (“CTDPA”), (4) the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code § 13-61-101 et seq. (“UCPA”), (5) the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, § 59.1-571 to § 59.1-581 (“CDPA”), (6) Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), or (7) the Federative Republic of Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”), whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.

It has helped me to the max

I am a Safety Director and Fleet Manager for a trucking company. I went on the internet to find some good software to use to help me with our fleet. I picked Tatems. As I read about their product, it seemed to be just right up our alley. I downloaded their trial offer and went to using it. The more I used it the more enthused I was with this software. After about 15 days of using this software I was sold. Our company bought the full version of Tatems and it has helped me to the max on controlling my fleet and it has helped me with controlling my employees in the area of Safety too. I can keep up with D.O.T. Medical Certificates, and driver CDL updates. I have been using Tatems for about three months and as I keep using this software, I see that it is more user friendly than I ever thought it would be.

Saved several hundreds of dollars

We have been using the Tatems program since 2005, it has been extremely effective with tracking our regulars service schedules. This program has allowed our mechanical staff to track previous maintenance history on all of our units easily and effectively. It has essentially made our maintenance program more cost effective.

Other Comments: Using the Tatems program we were able to provide Kenworth enough evidence to settle a long disputed warranty issue regarding faulty axle gaskets. We saved several hundreds of dollars on this incident alone.

Stream lined all of our routine maintenance on trucks and equipment

After purchasing tatems it stream lined all of our routine maintenance on trucks and equipment. We have been able to organize things much more and have all the records needed for Missouri DOT. I still have a lot to learn about certain features but so far love it. Looking forward to digging into more features as time permits.

The benefits I have noticed, first getting all routine oil changes and lubes done on time and organized. Second being able to give our mechanics written work orders on repairs vs just putting them on dry erase board and keeps them accountable for completing the repair by reminding them until it is closed. Third thing I like most is tracking all the parts specific on each truck and repair or piece of equipment we have a lot of both.

I would definetly recommend tatems it is very user friendly gets the things done we need.

We have been using Tatems for a few years.

Tatems is a great tool for tracking our equipment by tracking anything from who is responsible for it, where is it located, needed repairs or services and annual inspections. The one thing about Tatems is the service from the support staff. My questions or concerns are always addressed in a timely and professional manner. Marc helped me set up 2 spreadsheets that import information from Tatems that suited my needs. We have found them to be extremely helpful.

Yes…I would recommend Tatems to any business that needs to keep up with their assets such as equipment. One thing I would like to change would be the location area … I would like to be able to name those headings. For our company needs, I need to know foreman (customer). We do not do outside sales or repairs…we now only service our own equipment. We are going to find a way to use Tatems to also track our tools/attachments.

We liked that the price was competitive, as well as the personal service – if we had a problem or were looking for a feature, we got quick responses to emails or phone calls and the support staff was willing to accommodate our needs. We would recommend Tatems for companies looking for a way to keep track of truck services, inventory, mileage, etc.

How long will It Take To Install TATEMS? 

Once you download, you can have TATEMS 20/20 Fleet Maintenance Software installed and running in under 2 minutes.

How large Is the Installation File Than I Need to Download? 

The Download is about 80MB.  So it should not take more than a 2 minutes to download on most high speed connections.


In your Quick Start Email you will receive instructions near the bottom and we'll also follow up the next day with those same instructions to you don't miss it. 

How May Computers Can I Install TATEMS On During My Free Trial? 

You can install on as many computers as you want to. We encourage you to test it out in your environment if you are going to run it on a network. That way you can make sure everything works the way you want it to before you buy your TATEMS Licenses.

When deciding how may licenses to purchase: 

When license allows you to run TATEMS on one computer unless you are running in a Terminal Services aka Remote Desktop Services Environment. In the case of a Terminal Services/RDS Environment you need one license per concurrent user.

How Do I Get A Registration Key After I Purchase? 

After purchase, simply submit the serial number, computer name and version number that displays on the TATEMS registration screen so that we can generate and send your your registration key(s), to unlock your software on the computers you installed it on.
