is it possible to get a data base program for entering all vehicle repairs and opening job cards as well for tracking purposes

    Hi Luka,

    Thanks for your comment.

    That is what TATEMS will do for you. You can track repairs using the very simple Repairs Completed Tab or the more detailed Work Orders tab. If you use Repairs Completed you can also enter in what you call “opening job cards” into the needed maintenance/repairs tab. If you use the Work Orders you simply create a work order and it’s status is pending work order until you enter a completed date.

I AM TRYING TO CHANGE HOURS ON MY PROGRAM AFTER I TYPED WRONG NUMBERS IN AND IT WONT LET ME. CAN YOU HALP ME OUT. THANKS TONY

I would like to change some vehicles from the 3000 mile oil change to 6000 mile intervals. How do I change it so it does not come up in the reminders at 3000? Thankyou for your time.

    Hi Toby,

    Thanks for your comment.

    You can either go back and change all the previously done lube services to the new 6000 Mile Lube Service or you can create a new lube service and call it 3000 mi inactive and give then give it intervals of zero. Then go back and change all the previously completed lube services for that equipment to the new type.
