I shot this quick video that shows you how it works. After you start the video you can change to it to full screen to see it better.

Please leave any feedback below or reply to the email I sent you.

    Hi Dave

    I appreciate your feedback!

We are already working on a few changes to what you saw based on some negative feedback.

I’ll send out a new video to show everyone once we have them working.

    Thanks Again

Might be a good addition, looks good. Any idea what the price might be.

Marc, it looks like a good addition to the service section. I only have two comments or requests, One, the date fields in the inventory section. For the actual last confirmed, is somewhat formatted so when you type the date it moves to the next field and the back slash stay there. the other one on the purchased or reordered field is not formatted as you can type too many numbers in a have to correct. double click for current date would be nice. The other request would be, if work orders could be printed in landscape mode to allow for larger part number and description fields. Thanks and you’re doing a great job! Mark

Marc:
keep sending me the updates and emails. I have not had much time to work on this program, but it looks like what I need.
There is one thing i DO NOT need, that is a time date stamp on work orders, forms, etc. When i do use this program i will need to go back and back-date a whole lot of information and repairs and cannot have a time date stamp on what has been done.
Further- the repairs may or may not be done at the time i enter the info into the program,so you may have a simple way of not have that bread crumb trail of time date stamps following the data entries….
This update looks good and will simplify the smaller lube service items…
thanks

    Hi LeGrande

    Thanks for your feedback.

You can backdate anything in the system including work orders at the time you enter it or you can go back later and backdate.

When you create a new work order it show the current date as the date requested by default, just to speed up data entry, but it can be changed to any date.

    I hope that helps.

    Thanks Again

Hi Marc, If you remember we talked few weeks ago you were going to make a video for whole your maintenance software. I was wondering if you are still planning to do that. Thanks

I THINK THIS WILL HELP

I like what you done with it. Thanks

Marc,
Update looks good to us. But as a future thought, we do not use work orders. Is there a way to tie lube services in to cost per mile reports? ie. filter, oil & other items used in a service.
Thanks

    Hi Cory,

The lube Service does not have a cost field.

Are you saying you want a cost field added to each item in the lube/service so that the costs could be included in the cost per mile report?

Rose - October 16, 2015

Looks good Marc. Will the Equipment Summary view remain the same for the Lube/Service? I find that to be a useful tool for quick reference.

Thanks!

    Marc Ready - November 5, 2015

    Hi Rose,

Yes the Lube/Service box on the Equipment Summary Tab will stay the same.

    Thanks Again 🙂
