Pros: Tatmes has given us the ability to track 90 day BIT inspections, cost analysis on each piece of our equipment, fuel and mileage analysis on each vehicle. TATEMS is EASY to use and has excellent training videos. We just had our CHP inspection and passed easily. It was wonderful not having to worry about the maintenance of the vehicles. We have used TATEMS for about a year and we are very pleasede witht he performance, price and ease of the software. The service department is quick, friendly and very helpful.

Pros: Tatems has helped our company become organized and on time with our maintenance. Before everything was done by paper and it was very hard to keep track of it all. We are a small company but we do have a lot of trucks, rigs, and misc. equipment to keep track of and whats nice is instead of going to that one's particular folder or file, everything is right here at your disposal. The fuel tab and report is also very nice with todays gas prices you keep track of how much your spending and see if you need to change things. You also don't have to be a computer genius to understand the program. If there's something your don't understand I have called Marc Ready on the phone and he was always helpful and most of the time available right away.
Cons: There is one thing that I wish you could change and that is when you check a particular piece of equipment out of service, I wish it would not show up on all current reports, even though it shows being out of service its still on the lists. I would also like to know in the lube service what A,B,C stand for? I think they shoul d be extra tabs that you could put in specific things you use, like we use hyd. oil and filters so in notes I just say it down in there.

Pros: Tatems is one of the best fleet maintenance software's around, and for the price, you won't beat it. It has saved us tons of paper work and man hours. It is a tremendous benefit in maintaining a small to large fleet. The money we have saved by using tatems to manage our fleet has paid for itself several times already. This program is a must have for managing your fleet and the inventory, shop costs, etc.... the list goes on. One of our favorite features is the detailed printable reports. We even use it for our plants.
Cons: We love it just the way it is.

Pros: We have been using the tatems program with our company for a number of years now and it has been a great system to work with. Since bringing this program online we have dropped our maintenance costs by 30 % and down time by as much or more. It is one of the simplest programs to use we have found and the assistance when there is an issue has been top notch. We highly recommend this system to everyone we talk to and the DOT officers in our area have been very impressed with it when they have come in to check our records.
Cons: It will be nice to have inspection records for different types of equipment rather than having to make them up for each type as we go . It would also be useful to be able to change inspections from 90 days to monthly or whatever our particular schedule is .
Other Comments: as I have said this is the best and most affordable program out on the market and we are extremely pleased with the way it works .

Pros: Tatems Software has a number of advantages over other maintenance software packages. Starting with the cost, easy setup, easy to use, but the biggest asset of Tatems software are the reports we generated to help our company™s owner understand the maintenance cost of our truck fleet. They allow him to see which truck is burning more fuel and which truck requires more maintenance. This helps with the decision on which trucks need to be kept in the fleet or replaced and when it is most cost effective to do so.
Cons: We would like to see more mileage logs
Other Comments: Sharing the database helps divide the work load without having one location to input the data. It also allows Management to view the reports from their office anytime they need to.

Pros: Tatems helped me maintain 47 pieces of heavy, medium trucks and other heavy equipment. We are in the bulk Petro and L.P.G transport business, so with Tatems I am able to keep track of Maintanace, parts, regs, state and fed inspections and cost comparing between old and new replacement. Tatems is easy to use and inexpensive compared to what this program does for the company. I would suggest any company big or small, get Tatems.

Pros: We have been using the tatems program since 2005, it has been extremely effective with tracking our regulars service schedules. This program has allowed our mechanical staff to track previous maintenance history on all of our units easily and effectively. It has essentially made our maintenance program more cost effective.
Cons:
Other Comments: Using the Tatems program we were able to provide Kenworth enough evidence to settle a long disputed warranty issue reguarding faulty axle gaskets. We saved several hundreds of dollars on this incident alone.
